For the purposes of this Shipping/Delivery Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Wild Flour Bakehouse include www.wildflourbakehouse.net. The Wild Flour Bakehouse website is a Bakery Goods site. By using the Wild Flour Bakehouse website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

All orders that are selected for shipping will be made to order and then shipped with estimated arrival between 1-3 business days before or on your selected event/due date. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays. During busy months Wild Flour Bakehouse is not responsible for delayed shipments. Delays are not under Wild Flour Bakehouse's control and are strictly within the delivery system. If there is a significant delay in shipping times with notice from the shipping facility, Wild Flour Bakehouse will contact you via email.
Wild Flour Bakehouse does not ship paid-for orders out of South Carolina state lines due to South Carolina's State Cottage Food Law. All orders will be shipped within South Carolina state lines. Free gifts, samples/giveaways that are not paid for are the only exceptions.
Shipping rates are flat rates chosen with USPS Priority Mail under Wild Flour Bakehouse. USPS Priority Mail has a 1-3 business day delivery estimate. If you prefer a quicker shipment, you may notify Wild Flour Bakehouse of your preferred alternative shipping method below with the addition of a shipping fee that will be given to you by Wild Flour Bakehouse at the time of your estimate/invoice. Shipping fees are subject to change through the shipping carrier.
Shipment Tracking will be available to you once the order is under the hands of the shipping carrier through the email and/or phone number you provided on your order inquiry. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Wild Flour Bakehouse is not responsible or liable for any delays, damages, broken cookies, or lost orders during shipping. All issues are strictly under the shipping carrier once out of the hands of Wild Flour Bakehouse. If there are any issues with the order during shipping, you will need to submit a claim to the shipping carrier.
Broken cookies can and may happen during shipment. Wild Flour Bakehouse packages orders to the best of her ability to prevent breakage, however, it is still a possibility.
Www.wildflourbakehouse.net is not responsible for any taxes automatically applied to your order. Taxes are subject to your address and cannot be changed or removed. Taxes are applied to all orders, pickup, shipping, and delivery.

Local delivery is available for a per-mile rate of $0.52. All deliveries shall be charged the per-mile rate times the total distance to and from our location in Duncan, SC. This rate helps cover both the distance and the care taken to transport delicate items safely. Delivery is currently available only for weddings or large ceremonies. Any service areas beyond 50 miles we are happy to discuss travel amenities and hotel stay cost to deliver long distances. All deliveries are made between Saturday and Sunday at 9-5 pm delivery hours. Wild Flour Bakehouse will contact you via email or phone at the number you provided on your order inquiry to notify you of the day of arrival. You will also be notified of any traffic or delays on the day of delivery.
Any orders that contain edible marker, food coloring paint, or edible luster dust can be subject to coming off, smudging, or bleeding during shipping and delivery. Due to this, Wild Flour Bakehouse is not responsible for how orders may look after transit. When agreeing to terms and conditions, you agree to this if your order contains any of the above.
