  • Do you provide cake stands or display rentals?
    At this time we don't have rentable stands, however are planning to add this addition to our wedding orders by the end of 2025!
  • How far in advance should I book my wedding order?
    We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (spring–early fall). We accept a limited number of wedding orders per weekend.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my wedding?
    We understand plans can change. Let us know as soon as possible! We may be able to transfer your payment to a new date if sufficient notice is given. Otherwise, we can refund what we can, subtracting the total of the work we have already bought/started from your total.
  • Do you provide delivery and setup?
    Yes, we offer local delivery and setup for wedding orders. Fees vary based on distance, setup time, and display needs.
  • Can I have multiple cake flavors?
    Definitely! Many couples choose different flavors for each tier or combine cake with other desserts for variety.
  • Can you work with my florist or coordinator?
    Yes! We’re happy to coordinate with your florist, planner, or venue to ensure a seamless setup and cohesive look.
  • Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly wedding cakes?
    We offer select gluten-free options, but please note we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen and you must sign our form stating that you agree to this and our terms.
  • Do you offer samples or tastings?
    Yes! We offer cake tasting boxes by appointment. These can be scheduled before or after you place a deposit on your order. These include a selection (your choice) of our most popular flavors. These are available for an additional fee.
  • How do I place a custom order?
    You can place a custom order by filling out our inquiry form on our website or messaging us directly via email or social media and we can send the direct form link to you.
  • Do you have a storefront?
    We currently operate from our family home and by custom made-to-order orders only and do not have a walk-in storefront.
  • What days are you open?
    Our baking and pickup days vary weekly based on orders. We’ll confirm availability during the ordering process.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We do all our custom orders through our website and can be paid via debit or credit card. Or if you prefer, our other methods include, cash, check, Venmo and PayPal. Depending on if our site is updating, we will resort to the (cash, check, Venmo and PayPal route for the time being)

  • Do you offer pre-designed sets I can order as-is?
    Yes! We have a selection of set designs and flavors available for quick order with no changes. These are great for last-minute treats or gifts. You may locate our set-design desserts under our shop tab.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my order?
    Customers are not subject to a full refund UNLESS the cancellation request is made at least 5 days before the final payment date. If you cancel after those 5 days, your refund will be reduced by the cost of any materials purchased or work that has already been completed for your order.
  • Can I order from your Instagram/Facebook posts?
    Yes! Just screenshot the post and let us know. We’ll confirm if the design is available or suggest something similar.
  • Can I choose my own flavors and design?
    Absolutely! We offer a variety of flavors to choose from, including fillings and toppers - and love working with your design ideas. However, certain designs may have limitations based on time and material availability.
  • What types of custom items do you offer?
    We offer custom cakes, bento boxes, decorated sugar cookies, and macarons. If you have a theme or inspiration, we’d love to bring it to life!
  • Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
    Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your order. Your date is not held until the deposit is received. All custom orders require at least a 50% deposit, the remainder can be paid same day or anytime between the first payment to your remainder payment due date, which is 5 days before your event date.
